That's a rather important point. First of all, Kronolith 2 works just fine
with PHP 5. Second, I assume be this that you mean you're using a CGI
version of PHP 4 now? You need to look at the webroot in
horde/config/registry.php. In fact this is very likely a duplicate of bug
4126.
