I have tested the email with 
framework-HEAD-2007-07-24
horde-HEAD-2007-07-24
imp-HEAD-2007-07-24

and i could view the email, but i got a Fatal error with an other smime
e-mail, that i could view with 3.1.4.

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in
/usr/share/php/Horde/MIME/Part.php on line 1247

The attached email is a singed forwarded message of a singed message with
attachment,
where horde breaks the attachment
