Here's some instructions on how to set this up.  You need these files:
treanmarks[1].xpi
server_changes.zip

Get server_changes.zip, extract it, and follow the instructions in
changes.txt to place the 3 PHP files inside where they need to be.  (You'll
be overwriting existing Horde files in 2 cases, so I'd suggest making
backups of them.)

Install the XPI on Firefox.  Open Tools -> Add-ons and point the extension
to your Horde base URL (i.e. http://www.example.com/horde)

I highly recommend making backups of both your Trean bookmarks and your
local Firefox bookmarks!  Firefox bookmarks are found in your profile
directory, with the name bookmarks.html

Again, I'm hoping I remembered all changes necessary.  Please make a
comment if you're having problems!
