Hi,

i know that Horde's framework does already implement SyncML in the current
cvs version. At the moment i'm about to test this against Outlook and maybe
also Blackberry clients.

But when i look at the big and always growing pool of already working
clients for mobile devices etc. Funambol provides, i don't understand why
Horde also works on an own SyncML implementation for client
synchronisation. Won't it be better to write a fully functional connector
between Horde and Funambol and let the Funambol project and community do
their great job to provide the client synchronisation features?

I have to say that i just started my researches on Groupware in
conjunction with SyncML within the last few weeks and maybe i misunderstood
some things.

Would be nice to hear from you and maybe some things become clearer for me
then.

Thanks
Sebastian
