If I generate a encrypted or signed/encrypted message with IMP and then try
to read it in IMP, I get the following:

S/MIME	This message has been encrypted via S/MIME.
	unnamed 	0 KB
There are no parts that can be displayed inline.

But the message is plain text.  There is nothing in the unnamed part when
I go to view it.

With signed/encrypted I get:

	This message has been encrypted via S/MIME.
	unnamed 	0 KB
There are no parts that can be displayed inline.

There is no mention of signing.

Also, as soon as I added S/MIME encryption to a message, the lock icon
disappears from the mailbox index.

All messages are viewable with other MUAs, like Mail.app.
