When you view an HTML message the hyperlink for "Show this HTML message in
a seperate window" is gone but the yellow square border that was around the
link is not.  So at the top of each message there is a blank yellow box
across the whole top of the message.

*Newest HEAD from 8/24 installed (But this has been an issue for a while)
