    I found the problem.   Seems that the qmail toaster installation has a
bug in it that doesn't load the imad config file into the ENV when
executing courier imap in SSL mode. This resulted in a bad CAPABILITY set. 
I have resolved this issue by changing the run script to include this
config file and also modified the way that the TLS CAPABILITY set is
created.
