should be treated as any other normal attachment and being encrypted as
well. as due to my understanding an attached public key is nothing else
than a normal attachment.

So if I choose to encrypt my message I expect that all attachment are
encrypted, so also an attached public key.

However I'm not sure how the exact specification of attached public keys
is and couldn't currently find one. However it seems to be rather logical
to encrypt all or none, like many other mailer do.
