I just double checked and ran latest DIMP on RHEL3 and it worked only after
I added AcceptPathInfo On to the config file. Even if Apache documentation
says:  "Handlers that serve scripts, such as cgi-script and isapi-handler,
generally accept PATH_INFO by default." This should be mentioned in DIMP
(or Horde) docs at least. Or maybe test.php could include a test for that.
