I created a virtual folder and confirmed that the existence of a
user-defined virtual folder doesn't resolve this bug. In fact, the
user-defined virtual folder doesn't appear either. Upon updating either of
the Virtual Inbox or Trash options, the system-defined folders and virtual
folder all appear.
BTW, even turning off one of these two options will cause the rest of the
enabled virtual folders to appear. In other words, any change to either of
these two options will cause all enabled virtual folders to appear.
I also toggled each of the other settings under IMP options under the two
sections that these two properties appear in (i.e. Server and Folder
Information, Deleting and Moving Messages). Each of these settings is
properly loaded at session startup.
It's a weird bug. I'm going to look through the code tonight.
