False alarm, it turns out that i had several old turba shares in the
database from ancient times, though I never used address book shares.
Probably a left-over from when shares had been introduced into Turba.
I cleaned up the share mess and can see all (non-share) address books in
HEAD again. Another issue appeared but that will go into a new ticket.
