The How-To for amending an existent translation is documented in po/README,
hence there should be easy access from this FAQ to that documentation.

The attached patch links to that file in the CVS. As that file is
UTF-8-encoded and contains several tables, it would be much better to have
a HTML version of it in the <http://www.horde.org/horde/docs/> series.

Please consider also, whether
<http://wiki.horde.org/FAQ/Admin/Config#toc6> should also link to po/README
and to the translation guide.
