As said earlier, I was adviced to file an enhancement request rather than
editing the Wiki page. Meanwhile, I cannot even reproduce that message,
because there is no "Edit" button any more, on that page.

Right of the reload icon, there is a padlock icon, without any
explanation.  In the HTML source, I read: <img
src="/themes/graphics/locked.png" alt="Gesperrt" title="" />

So, I can definitely not edit that page
<http://wiki.horde.org/FAQ/Admin/Config> myself. Hence, this enhancement
request.
