I don't think "sticky" folders are a good idea - when you load the next
page, you get a folder name showing up in the dropdown instead of "Messages
To" and that doesn't make much sense.  And if you want to move to a
different folder, your first inclination is always to scroll down to look
for the folder, but if a default folder was used, it is possible that the
sought after folder is located above.
