i.e., this command:
> a003 list "" a/%

Should return the following:

> * LIST () "/" a/b

a/% means return all elements in the hierarchy under 'a', *not* match the
string "a/[any character other than the hierarchy delimiter]"  See RFC 3501
[6.3.8]
