Still to do:

* where do we want chora (assuming we prefer that in general for the web
frontend, but we need to differentiate the URLs then)

* do we want to require ssl for authenticated svn?

* port our access control hierarchy

* port our pre-commit checks (php-lint)

* port post-commit checks (or replace with another commit diff mailing
list - do we want to maintain the Chora links, or go with inline diffs, or
... ?)
