I generally agree, especially for such a small project like ours. Though I
have always considered the restrictions rather as a prevention. Remember
the PEAR developer tagging the whole PHP CVS server a few years ago? This
kind of stuff.
Beside that it still gave me that warm fuzzy feeling when adding new
developers I don't know well to cvs. But it's questionable if this is worth
it.
