When looking at your calendar and choosing "+ Calendar" to manage your
calendars.  If you check/uncheck any calendar option there - you will be
unable to click on an existing calendar entry to view/edit - nor will you
be able to click the + sign next to the date to create new entries unless
you leave and re-enter the calendar app.  This also means you are unable to
change your calendar choice selections since checking/unchecking a box
isn't saved.

Also the AJAX "Loading....." text doesn't show any longer when you move
from one month to another - not a problem - just mentioning it in case it
helps discover the issue.
