thread view anyway. Beside that the bar would be ambiguous, because we
can't have the "Back to message" link, otherwise it would be confusing, no
other message in the thread view has another back link at the bottom. A bar
without this link is confusing too though, because it looks different than
the other bars. Finally you can easily reach the top (and all available
links there) by hitting the home key once.
