(1) When I try to add an address from a received email to my address book
(by clicking the icon next to the recipient's address), it says "Already
exists". However, when I look in my address book, the address is NOT
there, and trying to send encrypted mail to the address reports "PGP Error:
No pgpPublicKey entry found for <address>".

(2) When I manually import a PGP public key for an address that I've
received encrypted email from, it says "This person already has a
pgpPublicKey entry in the address book". However the Options|Mail|PGP
Options page ALWAYS displays "No keys in keyring", and the address does NOT
appear in my address book.

The following PGP functions seem to be working correctly: create keypair,
decrypt received email, sign outgoing email.
