Correct.

These were (mostly) changes to do with the kolab driver and some shuffling
around of the schema.  There *was* a change in the default SQL schema
though.  If you updated your sources.php file and used it as is, then you
should also run the upgrade script 2007-11-17-sql-schema.sql
