This issue was initially identified in the following scenario:

When one has the Task Summary block on the front page, and the user logged
in has access to a shared task list with full permissions, you can't see
any tasks from that shared task list in the Summary, only your own.

This is with Horde 3.1.3 and Nag 2.1.2, using the packaged versions
supplied by Debian. I'll try to write a patch if I get the chance.
