The left and right arrows to choose the previous/next time period in
day/week/month/year view butt right up against the time period.  It looks
cleaner with an nbsp inserted between the arrows and the title of what's
being viewed.  I'm attaching a dample patch to
kronolith/templates/day/head.inc in case it's not clear what I mean.
