Only one address book is shown: "Private Address Book". 

Under "Display Options|Address Books" there is only one address book
defined (Private Address Book).

If I click the "My Address Books" icon, the "Edit Address Books|Address
Book" dropdown is empty (it only has one entry: "Select an address books to
edit"). 

Clearly something is messed up but I have no idea what.  I do not
administer this Horde installation. I can ask the admin to screw with it,
but I am reluctant to do so unless we know what the problem is, and that we
can fix it.
