It looks like Mozilla/Mac and Mozilla/Linux are triggering the contextmenu
on mousedown, while all other browsers are triggering on mouseup.  Geez,
you would expect/hope/wish that event behavior was consistent
cross-platform on the same browser, right?  (Of course, I saw the same
strange behavior w/FF Mac when dealing with catching scrollbar events - it
handles the scrollbar differently than Linux and Windows.)
