Allow browsing images by date.  If EXIF data is present, use that as date,
otherwise, fall back to date uploaded.  Browsing should go something like:
  
A small calendar -> click the date/month/whatever ->
list of tags for that date if over a certain # of pictures -> etc ->
view photo
