For reasons I have not yet been able to divine, the Group_ldap driver does
not list the groups within the Group management UI in the admin section. 
It appears that the tree is being properly configured for JavaScript as you
can see the JS variables listed within the page source.  However only the
root object is shown on the screen, "All Groups".  Tested in Firefox,
Opera, and Safari on Mac, and IE6 on Windows.  None of the browsers
reported any JavaScript errors so I'm fairly perplexed as to the cause. 
One thing to note: LDAP Group IDs are strings, not integers.   That may not
be a problem, but it's the only thing that immediately comes to mind.
