Sometimes the 'Create Subfolder' link appears after right clicking on
Trash. You can reproduce this by right clicking on another ordinary
folder and then right clicking on trash. (If you right click on the Inbox
before right clicking Trash, then the 'Create Subfolder' link won't
appear.

It does create the subfolder under Trash, however I don't think DIMP
should allow users create subfolders under Trash (also note that the link
does not appear consistently)
