When an HTML message without a plain text alternative is quoted for reply,
two extra spaces are inserted between the chevron and the first word of
every proper paragraph ('/<p[^>]*> ?/i' => "\n\n  ").  This does not occur
with <br>-style linebreaks.  It happens with both HTML and plain-text
replies.

This is inconsistent with the formatting of plain text and causes an
odd-looking first-line-only indent.
