When the theme is switch from the default (blue and white) to the Silver
Surfer (silver)
theme, the icon for mnemo is missing on some locations.  The icon is
missing at:
- the sidebar, the Notes menu entry under Options does not have an icon
- The icon is missing when logged in as administrator -> in the
application configure frame
  (sidebar -> Administrator -> Settings
- The icon is missing 3 times when the notes application is activated
