I think it makes sense... Because in week and day view you only see the
intervals you have set. And an interval of more than 30 minutes is not very
usable. But if you have then an event which goes from 14:15 to 15:00 you
dont see it in week view and day view. In the online view you have the
chance to move the mouse over the event, but in print view you can not see
when the event starts exactly.

So i think, that it makes sense to show this in week and day view.
