Implement gallery 'slugs' (see Ticket: 5922) so we can have pretty urls
like:
http://example.com/horde/ansel/gallery/birthdayparty 

Also add Rewrite rules to .htaccess for direct URL access to user gallery
groupings so we can say:
http://example.com/horde/ansel/user/mike

to get to:
http://lexample.com/horde/ansel/list.php?groupby=owner&owner=mrubinsk
