a short update:
installed today the FRAMEWORK_3 snapshots fom cvs.
and it is syncing - in both ways - perfect.
don't know why 'cause there are no hints in the docs/CHANGES about a fix
or anything.
maybe someone from the dev team knows more than me (most likely)
anyway its working :)
