Additionally, in the list of all contacts, there are many at the top which
appear blank with the default Turba column configuration.

I'm running CVS HEAD checked out at 2008-02-06 00:16 UTC.

On S60 phones, contacts don't require first/last name, as the Company
field will be used in place of the name when there is no first/last name.
Attached is a patch to do the same thing in Turba.
