I would suggest debug level. In general I wouldn't expect Info level to
through so many entries. For example now in Info level I have mostly logins
and logout + Message sent to ... from ... in from IMP. This is very usefull
for system audit.

Secondly, as an administrator I _know_ that there are no hooks.php files,
so I don't want to see those messages. They are usefull for debugging
purposes only.
