The detail view of an edited event already shows when the event was last
edited, but not by whom.
Having shared calendars with write access for multiple users, this
information helps quite alot. The information is already in Horde_History
and retrieved by the driver, but not used in kronolith.

The patch attached will modify kronolith/lib/Views/Event.php and 
kronolith/templates/view/view.inc to display the user name behind the
modification date.  It was created against the current CVS Head files,
which are right now the same as in 2.2-RC2
