The current IMP 4.2 code calls Horde::getStyleSheets() - which has only
been present in Horde:: since Horde 3.2.  Since IMP 4.2 is an H3 app, it
needs to work with all versions of Horde 3.x.

The call is in IMP::includeStylesheetFiles().
