In this case, I really don't like the  look of the Select: and the Action:
groupings being so close together. That, plus the fact that the links are
louder than then labels makes it visually unappealing and cluttered(to me,
anyway).  I did add the anselActions css to that section for now though.

I'm currently working on changes to the gallery view anyway since the
Gallery Actions section needs to be reworked. What I'm thinking is to put
the toggle-able actions section on the right hand side at the top of the
"widgets" but shorten the bar that contains the Select and Action links to
only span the gallery view area... still a work in progress though...
