You'd have to ask the folks who produce mailenable standard edition, as I

of knowing what, if anything, that package supports.

Horde does not maintain any docs for plesk, but you would have to ask the
folks who
produce Plesk if they have any docs for working with Horde/Sork/Vacation.

In other words, you have to set vacation up correctly for your mail
environment (plesk
and mailenable) and it is up to you to know and understand your specific
mail environment.
