I already discussed this driver on the Kolab list and there were pros and
cons for both drivers. In the end I believe mainstream Kolab will stick to
the LDAP driver.

Having an IMAP driver helps if you:

 a) install Horde on a web server without PHP ldap

or

 b) want to run Horde/Kolab with a general IMAP server

b) is of course not yet supported but this is something I'm aiming for in
Horde 4.

Ok, commiting. For the Kolab world this is not required in 3.2 so I guess
I'm not going to merge it.
