Instead of deleting it,  it returns to the error "Requested message not
found."   When I go
back, the "seen" flag has been set, but not the deleted flag.

The virtual folder was created by a saved search (searches inbox, new
only, matching
the subject).

Note that if I do a search, I can read and delete the search results.  But
from a search-based virtual folder, I can not.
