Included in the patch is also a bugfix for Sync4J.
if creating a Horde_iCalendar-object and then setting version to 2.1 the
encoding of the resulting vcard is not always correct.
So I did it like in Driver.php and created a
Horde_iCalendar_vcard-object instead.
