When adding an attachment to a message, clicking "Update" before clicking
"Send" causes the email to get sent twice. Once with the attachments, and
once without the attachments.

Clicking "Send" without first clicking "Update" sends the email (with
attachments) properly.

Not sure if it's related, but a js error also appears in FF -

The behavior still occurs with all FF extensions disabled as well....
