Ok - that seems to work - but: the function write needs an
escapeshellarg() for the path argument of ssh2_scp_send too. This works in
case of pathnames containing whitespace characters. But i realize problems
with german 'Umlaute' still if i try to upload a file with such name. I
don't know how to quote them here.
