[Tickets #6838] When assigning people responsible for a new queue, I select them from the dropdown and then when saved, my email is repeated once for each assignment.

I use ldap for user and auth but all is well on those fronts.  I had this
before but lost my patience with it and just quit using whups.  This time
I'm going to take it to the end even though I have a hard time believing it
myself.
