Yes, this is works fine.

Turba exports your given name as "firstname". If you reimport the same CSV
file exported by Turba, the field "firstname" will currently be translated
to "first_name" and Turba is then unable to automatically match the CSV
field to the corresponding Turba key. As far as I was able to google it,
Outlook uses the field "first_name" and some of the mapping array values
should be flipped.
