When clicking "Send Message" imp doesn't send the message, and I get

Under Admin / Setup it says, that my Horde and Imp configurations are  
good ("Application is ready").

If I look into the browser console, the WebKit / Safari browser  
complains about:

Value undefined is not a constructor. Cannot be used with new.  
compose.php (line 23)
Can't find variable: uniqSubmit compose.php (line 309)
