Attached is a fix that works in IE 6 and Firefox.  Haven't been able  
to test in IE 7 but it doesn't seem like it should cause any problems.

BTW the crazy layout I get in IE 6 (but you're not getting) seems to  
be related to the "float" style on the #turba-prefs-cols-columns  
class.  When I remove it, the page layout is as expected except for  
the fact that the column name list wraps to the left which, of course,  
makes removing it an unusable solution.

Also noticed that if I start to drag any of the column names the  
layout immediately snaps to what is intended for that list of columns,  
but not for any of the other AB sources.
