I have a folder called ".INBOX.Sent" (probably created by Outlook or  
thunderbird) in /home/rsalmon/Maildir. It appears like this in IMP :
- INBOX
+-- INBOX
      +-- Sent

Removing this folder solve the first issue (not beeing able to see INBOX)
