Yeah, this was really badly phrased by myself. What I wanted to say is  
that there shouldn't be massive ticket deletions. Of course it makes  
sense to delete individual, invalid tickets.

This won't hurt anyone, but instead help with back referencing and  
searching old cases. Anyway, I can see this being implemented as an  
API like Chuck suggested.
